◊ Depth Hypnosis
Depth Hypnosis, developed by Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D., is a therapeutic model that integrates Hypnotherapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Shamanism, and Buddhist philosophy.
Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, which mainly uses suggestion methods, Depth Hypnosis goes deeper into the psyche, uncovering and working on the root causes of the issue. One of the key aspects of Depth Hypnosis is that physical and emotional issues are considered to be opportunities by which an individual can learn from and move toward a higher consciousness. It holds to the perspective that we are not victims of the Universe and are not powerless to life circumstances. It assumes that everyone has the ability to heal, and allows the clint to engage in the healing process, enabling the client to understand the causes of their suffering. In Depth Hypnosis, each individual is considered to be responsible for the nature of his/her reality. The extant to which desired outcome are achieved depends on the process or readiness of each individual.

◊ Shamanic Journey
Shamanism encompasses not only traditional healing modalities but the whole spiritual aspects of way of living amongst indigenous cultures. During the past few decades, non-Native societies have been paying attention to the essential principles of healing shared among traditional Shamans, and have been utilizing them in therapeutic setting in modern society. In my sessions, I teach basic skills to explore the Spirit World and connect to the client's own guides and teachers. At the same time, I believe that it is important to consider the reality that has forced the indigenous people to be deprived of their cultural heritage for centuries, and to be mindful and respectful of their traditions. In my understanding being a Shaman takes a dedicated path of life. We cannot claim to be a Shaman by just knowing and using only a part of their spiritual tradition.
